What if I bought the wrong size clothing

If you made a clothing purchase through us and are finding your in need of an alternative size. No worries, we've got your back! Contact us via our Facebook business page at https://www.facebook.com/TrendsetterClearwaterJessica/ or email us at trendsetterclothinginc@yahoo.com  Original store receipts are required when you return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered clothing with all manufacturing tags still attached for a store credit or exchange! Sorry, we do have a no refund policy. 

What if I find a defect in my purchase?

If you made a clothing purchase through us and have found a defect in your purchase. No worries, we got your back! Simply contact us via instant messaging through our Facebook bussiness page https://www.facebook.com/TrendsetterClearwaterJessica/  or email us at trendsetterclothinginc@yahoo.com for instructions of a return of your unworn, unwashed, unaltered clothing with all manufacturing tags still attached for a store credit or exchange! Original store receipts are required for all exchanges or store credits. Sorry, we do have a no refund policy.

What if I purchased online and have issues with my purchase?

If you encounter sizing or defect issues prior to general wear, have not washed, altered or removed manufacturing tags, and need to exchange or need a store credit where necessary. Please connect with us at https://www.facebook.com/TrendsetterClearwaterJessica/ via message or email us at trendsetterclothinginc@yahoo.com and provide your original store receipt for your exchange or store credit. Please note, if you purchased online and you're not returning via store visit, you are responsible for your return items and we will apply your credit or exchange for your items once your return has been received.
